    Abstract: An ophthalmological analysis method for measuring a curvature of the cornea of an eye with an analysis system consists of a measuring device with which topographical data of the cornea is calculated, and an analysis device with which a curvature (r1, r2) of the cornea is derived from the topographical data of the cornea, wherein a curvature gradient of the cornea is derived from the corneal topography data using the analysis device.
