Abstract: A method of operating a computer based candidate/employer live resume information processing system includes a step of providing a system including a browser coupled to a computer network for interactive communication with candidates for jobs and potential employers, streaming video and text storage apparatus coupled to the browser for receiving information from the browser and for providing information to the browser. The method also includes receiving and storing a live resume including streaming video and text associated with a job candidate and a job description and employer information associated with a potential employer. A list of stored live resumes substantially corresponding to the job description is provided in response to a query from a potential employer.
