Abstract: A method and composition for making food products for benefiting health, including: inoculating dryland taro poi with fermented wetland taro poi; fermenting the inoculated dryland taro poi; dehydrating the fermented dryland taro poi; rehydrating the dehydrated dryland taro poi; pasteurizing the rehydrated dryland taro poi; reinoculating the pasteurized dryland taro poi with a poi starter culture; and adding nutrients to the reinoculated dryland taro poi. The poi starter culture includes a probiotic organism having a concentration of at least 2000 cfu/g. The nutrients added to the dryland taro poi include one or more selected from the group consisting of: xylose and inulin. The dryland taro poi and the wetland taro poi are in an amount in a ratio of 40:1 by weight, dryland to wetland.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a method for tracking the use of software resources of a computer. This method identifies an instance when a particular software resource is used. It then measures and records a time period relating to the detected utilization of the software resource. In some embodiments, this time period is an estimated duration of the utilization of the software resource.

Abstract: A system and method for filtering collected data in connection with tracking the use of resources of a computer is disclosed. Embodiments of the system comprise a plurality of client computers, wherein each computer has one or more resources that the system tracks; a client application for each client computer, each client application for collecting utilization duration data relating to the utilization of the resources of the application's corresponding client computer; an application server for receiving the utilization duration data collected by the client applications and for storing the received data in a storage structure; wherein each client application has a filter for filtering data collected by the client application.

In certain embodiments, the collected duration data includes time periods that the client applications measure. The application server then aggregates and/or stores the collected time periods.
