The method includes receiving the identifying data of the customer in a customer processing system of a customer identification program; applying at least one of a customer matrix or a scenario matrix to the customer identifying data for determining applicability of the customer identification program to the customer; searching at least one record of the customer identifying data with at least one government list function; and, communicating at least one record of the customer identifying data to at least one verification vendor.
