  • Patent number: 7986328
Abstract: A graphics optimization system comprises a graphics application adapted to render a data model for presentation via a graphics card using a plurality of different data rendering settings. The system also comprises an optimizer adapted to interface with the graphics application to automatically determine a time-optimized data rendering setting for the graphics application from the plurality of different data rendering settings.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 26, 2004
Date of Patent: July 26, 2011
    Assignee: Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
    Inventors: Hamid Taghavi, Pamela Taylor
  • Publication number: 20080039749
Abstract: Therapy patches provide portable massaging devices that can also deliver topical treatment chemicals. These patches can be adhered to the skin via an adhesive layer that is also impregnated with the treatment chemical. Kits are also provided to create a string of linked patches that can be used together or separately, and a microcontroller controls the vibration of the device for optimized massaging effects.

  • Publication number: 20070185725
Abstract: A Software Process and Program that collects data from various income sources, including the calculation of the Units Sold into actual dollar amounts per Unit; streamlines that data according to the Artists' percentage of earnings as stated in their Recording Agreement, then it calculates and consolidates that revenue information on a secured Website for the Artist's select viewing and knowledge.

  • Publication number: 20060258962
Abstract: Therapy patches are disclosed which are designed to deliver vibration and heat (or cold) to human skin so as to provide muscle relief. These patches have a chemical pouch that generates heat or cold upon initiation. They also have a motor and battery to provide a vibration source. Forms of the invention have an adhesive so that the patch can be attached to the skin (and thus need not be manually held in place during use). Kits are also provided in which the motor and battery can be used with a string of linked, severable replacement pouches. Methods of using these patches are also disclosed.
