    Abstract: Methods and apparatus to recruit personnel are disclosed. A disclosed example recruiting system includes an electronic test administrator to present a test to a candidate and to record at least one of the candidate's answers to the test; and a recruiter interface to provide a recruiter with access to the at least one of the candidate's answers, to facilitate manual scoring of the at least one of the candidate's answers and to receive an assessment of the candidate's speaking voice.
