    Abstract: A power supply with a cooling fan includes a first housing, a fan body, a plurality of connecting members, and a second housing. The first housing includes a first bottom wall and two first side walls, and the two first side walls have two first extension parts. Each connecting member includes a strip of connecting part and two fixing parts connected to the connecting part. The fan body is disposed in the first housing, and fixed to the first extension part by each fixing part. The connecting part is supported between the two fixing parts along the side of the fan body. The second housing uses a second bottom wall and two second side walls to cover the first extension parts and the connecting members, and is fixed with the first housing, so that the fixing elements of the fan body are not exposed on the power supply.

The system includes an input/output device for inputting a textual complex claim as a natural language statement with a combination of two or more facts and outputting an indication that the textual complex claim is true or false. A processor connected to the input/output device generates, by a program generation module, a reasoning program for the input complex claim as a sequence of reasoning steps, where each step directs to a function in a set of sub-task functions. The processor generates, by a program execution module, each step in the reasoning program to a respective sub-task function and executes the respective sub-task function in order to provide the outputted indication.

    Abstract: In cell instance segmentation of an original cell image obtained by microscopy, the original cell image is rotated by a rotation angle to yield a rotated cell image. A first machine-learning model for cell instance segmentation processes the original and rotated cell images such that effectively, horizontal and oblique boxes are used in bounding cells of the original cell image for enhancing cell-segmentation accuracy. A set of predictions is generated for each cell instance identified from the original and rotated cell images, yielding a plurality of sets of predictions for all cell instances. The plurality of sets of predictions is processed to remove any set having predicted space not simply connected, any unwanted set classified by a second machine-learning model as a poor indicator according to a certain performance criterion, and any redundant set. The plurality of sets of predictions then produces a segmentation map for the original cell image.
