Abstract: A container transportation monitoring system is disclosed, which comprises a wireless transmitting module, a wireless receiving module, and a monitoring center. The wireless transmitting module is located on a container, and the wireless receiving module is located on a container crane or a tractor. Besides, the wireless receiving unit of the wireless receiving unit receives the container information transmitted through the wireless transmitting unit of the wireless transmitting module, and the container information is then transmitted to the monitoring center through the monitoring transmitting unit. When the monitoring transmitting unit receives the container information, the container information is compared with the database container information stored in a database, and the comparing result is output to the monitoring device.
