The trained isolation rate prediction model is executed on input features extracted from the isolation data to generate a predicted isolation rate. A compartmental epidemiological computer model, comprising a plurality of compartments representing states of a population with regard to an infectious disease, is executed to simulate a progression of the infectious disease and flows of portions of the population from between compartments in the compartmental epidemiological computer model are controlled based on the predicted isolation rate.

The polysilicic acid is used as coagulant aid, so that the three materials can comprehensively achieve the purpose of removing the microplastics in the wastewater. The enhanced coagulation method can combine respective characteristics and advantages of the three materials, so that the three materials can mutually complement each other and give full play to the role of charge neutralization and bridging and net capturing, strengthen the sedimentation performance and enhance the actual microplastic removal effect. Therefore, it is a green and environmentally-friendly enhanced coagulation technology.

    Abstract: A preparation method and use of a modified hydroxyethyl cellulose scale inhibitor for inhibiting silica scale are provided. The scale inhibitor is prepared by grafting reaction with hydroxyethyl cellulose as a raw material, ammonium persulfate as an initiator and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) methyl acrylamide as a graft monomer. The grafting reaction can introduce grafting chains containing amide group and tertiary amine group into a cellulose molecular chain, so that it can effectively disperse scale forming substances and obtain the efficient environment-friendly scale inhibitor. The scale inhibitor can effectively inhibit the generation of silica scale and prevent the increase of scale particle size, the scale inhibitor is used in a reverse osmosis system, which can effectively alleviate the decline of the membrane flux. The scale inhibitor has a good application prospect in controlling the silica scale on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane.

Based on power and communication link information, the integrated rode is able to balance the modes at which the two radios are operated, thereby optimizing power consumption of the device into which the integrated radio is incorporated. The resulting systems, devices, and methods lead to ultra-low power consumption that enables these communication techniques to enhance computing devices from smartwatches to laptops. Devices incorporating the integrated radios, and methods for power-proportionally exchanging data, among other systems, devices, and methods, are also provided.
