    Abstract: A winding mechanism and a winding device. The winding mechanism includes at least two sets of unwinding mechanisms and a first clamping assembly. The unwinding mechanism is configured to unwind and convey an electrode sheet and is capable of independently conveying the electrode sheet, and the unwinding mechanism includes an electrode sheet starting end and an electrode sheet free end. The first clamping assembly is configured to enable the electrode sheet free end of any of the unwinding mechanisms to be conveyed to a next process. Each set of unwinding mechanism of the winding mechanism is capable of operating independently, and the electrode sheet free end of each unwinding mechanism is conveyed to a next process through the first clamping assembly.

    Abstract: The electrode plate laminating apparatus includes: a first laminating roller assembly, including a first laminating roller and a second laminating roller. The first laminating roller and the second laminating roller are configured to sequentially stack and laminate a first separator, a first electrode plate, and a second separator; and a side separator laminating assembly, configured to laminate a portion of the first separator extending beyond a side edge of the first electrode plate with a portion of the second separator extending beyond the side edge of the first electrode plate. Embodiments solve the problem of overlapping of a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate caused by separator folding during a winding process of a first separator, the first electrode plate, a second separator, and the second electrode plate for preparing a bare cell.

The battery cell includes a housing, a core assembly, a support positioned at one end of the core assembly, and an insulating member configured to match the support and wrap the core assembly. The core assembly, support, and insulating member are contained within the housing, with at least a portion of the insulating member connected to a wall surface of the support that is distal to the core assembly. This configuration enhances the connection reliability between the insulating member and the support, reduces the risk of the insulating member detaching, minimizes housing corrosion due to core assembly exposure, mitigates core assembly failure, and decreases the likelihood of electrolyte leakage, thereby improving the reliability and stability of the battery cell.
