The protruding portions include first and second protruding portion, orthographic projection of the first and second protruding portion on the base substrate at least partially overlap third active layers of sensing transistors of the first and second sub-pixels, respectively, and the overlapping parts are third gates of the sensing transistors of the first and second sub-pixels, respectively.
