    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) for Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) using carrier aggregation is disclosed. Methods for UCI transmission in the uplink control channel, uplink shared channel or uplink data channel are disclosed. The methods include transmitting channel quality indicators (CQI), precoding matrix indicators (PMI), rank indicators (RI), hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK), channel status reports (CQI/PMI/RI), source routing (SR) and sounding reference signals (SRS). In addition, methods for providing flexible configuration in signaling UCI, efficient resource utilization, and support for high volume UCI overhead in LTE-A are disclosed.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a storage strap winding structure for a contraction tensioner, including a ratchet strap tension apparatus, a movable strap, a strap winding shaft, etc. Mainly, the strap winding shaft internally provided with a mandrel which coaxially penetrates, and a strap outlet groove exposing the mandrel is arranged on the strap winding shaft. In this way, it is only necessary to connect a winding end of the movable strap to a mandrel through a strap outlet groove, and the winding end can be wound on the strap winding shaft layer by layer by the rotation of the strap winding shaft to form a storage strap. Obviously, due to the design of the mandrel and the strap outlet groove, the winding end of the movable strap does not need to pass before sewing and connecting, thus ensuring the simplification of the production process.

Behavioral goals may be identified. Scenario data indicating a plurality of different training scenarios may be generated. Efficacy data may be generated by estimating a probability that skills would be trained by a given training scenario. Estimated clinical success data may be generated by simulating, for each training scenario and for each subject subpopulation, a degree of behavioral change. A combination of a first subject subpopulation and a first training scenario may be selected. The first training scenario may be associated with training a plurality of different skills.

    Abstract: A flexible intestinal anastomosis stent which sucks secretions on an inner wall of an intestinal tract and at a suture site into a horn-shaped channel through a through-hole. The secretion is discharged to an inside of the stent body through a liquid-inlet hole after being squeezed by intestinal tract contents, thereby reducing a risk of infection at the suture site. A lower edge of the outlet end of the stent body has a concave polygonal structure, each reflex angle at a lower edge of the concave polygonal structure being formed with one inwardly folded wrinkle structure on a side wall of the stent body, and the wrinkle structure also able to accommodate the secretions. The lower edge is stressed and deformed by the intestinal tract contents to reduce a reflex angle, so that secretions in the wrinkle structure are discharged downwardly, such that risk of complications is reduced.
