    Abstract: A circuit and corresponding method for providing a reference voltage are presented. The circuit includes a current source having a magnitude with positive temperature correlation connected to a node, and a diode element connected between the node and ground, where the reference voltage is provided from the node. The circuit also includes a variable resistance connected to receive an input indicative of the circuit temperature and through which the diode element is connected to the node. The value of the variable resistance is adjusted based upon the circuit temperature input. The circuit is useful for application as a peripheral circuitry, such as on a flash or other non-volatile memory and other circuits requiring an on-chip reference voltage source.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a disk based system for separating at least two types of particulates contained in a sample fluid. The system includes a disk-like carrier board and a magnetic attraction unit. The disk-like carrier board forms at least one flow channel structure, which includes an inner reservoir, at least one separation chamber, and at least one outer reservoir arranged in sequence from a geometric center of the disk-like carrier board to an outer circumferential rim of the disk-like carrier board. A method of separation carried out with the system includes introducing the sample fluid into the inner reservoir and then rotating the disk-like carrier board to induce a centrifugal force. The sample fluid contains particulates that are labeled with immunomagnetic beads and the labeled particulates are attracted by the magnetic force generated by the magnetic attraction unit to retain in the inner reservoir or the separation chamber.

At least a trench opened in a semiconductor substrate with a Schottky barrier material disposed therein constitutes the Schottky barrier. The Schottky barrier material may also be disposed on sidewalls of the trench for constituting the Schottky barrier. The trench may be filled with the Schottky barrier material composed of Ti/TiN or a tungsten metal disposed therein for constituting the Schottky barrier. The trench is opened in a N-type semiconductor substrate and the dopant regions includes P-doped regions disposed under the trench constitute the floating islands. The P-doped floating islands may be formed as vertical arrays under the bottom of the trench.

The SCR array includes a plurality of switched resistors, each comprising a switch in series with a resistor. When the plurality of switched resistors are switched by a gain-control logic, a plurality of switched current sources and a plurality of grounded resistors are switched correspondingly to deliver a transient current, an equivalent of which flows through the plurality of grounded resistors out from the input side of the inverting amplifier, leading to a feedback factor of the PGA being constant.

The embodiments of the present invention set the minimum alternative option of the scheduling request transmission cycle configuration parameter as 2 ms or 1 ms, that is to say, add 2 ms or 1 ms, or 2 ms and 1 ms to the alternative option of the scheduling request transmission cycle configuration parameter, therefore, improving the flexibility of the whole system in the scheduling request transmission cycle configuration. When the data delay is required to be less, the user data transmission delay can be reduced, by using the 2 ms or 1 ms scheduling request transmission cycle configuration, to the delay requirement of 10 ms as close as possible.
