The method includes: receiving, by an access network device, a first identifier that is from a terminal device, where the first identifier is used to identify the terminal device; and if the first identifier matches a second identifier, restricting, by the access network device, access of the terminal device, where the second identifier is used to identify a terminal device having abnormal behavior. Based on the solution, the access network device pre-records the second identifier of the terminal device having the abnormal behavior.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a resistor having a resistor body including polysilicon, with fluorine in the polysilicon. The resistor body has a laterally alternating distribution of silicon grain sizes. The semiconductor device further includes an MOS transistor having a gate including polysilicon with fluorine. The fluorine in the gate has a higher average concentration than the fluorine in the resistor body. The semiconductor device may be formed by forming a gate/resistor layer including polysilicon. A fluorine implant mask is formed over the gate/resistor layer, exposing the gate/resistor layer in an area for the gate and over implant segments in an area for the resistor body. The implant segments do not cover the entire area for the resistor body. Fluorine is implanted into the gate/resistor layer where exposed by the fluorine implant mask. The gate/resistor layer is patterned to form the gate and the resistor body.

A candidate video similar to the target video is retrieved from a video database based on the plurality of feature vectors of the target video. A time domain similarity matrix feature map is constructed between the target video and the candidate video based on the target video and the candidate video. Using the time domain similarity matrix feature map as an input into a deep learning detection model, a video segment matching the target video in the candidate video and a corresponding similarity is output.

The system can effectively eliminate accidents and potential accidents thereof caused by human factors in a control process, and can improve safety of aircraft ground operation. Different from ordinary speech recognition and semantic recognition, data annotation of pronunciation and intonation is performed based on special pronunciation of air traffic control, and finally a speech database that conforms to airport control standard phrases is constructed. The airport control decision support system is implemented by installing a speech acquisition device and the alarm display terminal in a control seat, and thus the system is economical and practical.

A metadata table record for a snapshot that owns the first node may be updated with a log sequence number (LSN) of the COW operation. A method for deleting a snapshot includes determining whether the COW operation recorded in the WAL record for the LSN is completed before deleting the snapshot.

The DCI may include multiple SRS Resource Indicator (SRI) fields pertaining to different sets of PUSCH occasions. Similarly, DCI may include information pertaining to a number of layers for precoding for a set of PUSCH occasions.
