    Abstract: The disclosure provides a metal ion source emitting device comprising a ceramic chamber, a leading-out electrode chamber and three cathodes hermetically connected, a trigger electrode fixed on a ceramic insulating element, a cathode target material fixed on an indirect cooling channel, a limiting element fixed on a fixed element, the fixed element fixing the indirect cooling channel on a cathode cooling pipe, the cathode cooling pipe fixed on a cathode flange, a trigger binding post connected with the trigger electrode, a leading-out electrode and an accelerating electrode arranged right below a cathode in the leading-out electrode chamber, and leading-out slits formed on the accelerating electrode and the leading-out electrode. According to the emitting device, three cathodes can operate simultaneously with only one anode, increasing irradiation area of an ion source, and improving the operating efficiency and energy utilization rate, with a more compact emitting source and larger processing area.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating gate structures includes providing a substrate, configured to have a first region and a second region. Dummy gate structures are formed on the substrate at the first and second regions, wherein each of the dummy gate structures has a first gate insulating layer on the substrate and a dummy gate on the first gate insulating layer. An inter-layer dielectric layer is formed over the dummy gate structures. The inter-layer dielectric layer is polished to expose all of the dummy gates. The dummy gates are removed. The first gate insulating layer at the second region is removed. A second gate insulating layer is formed on the substrate at the second region, wherein the first gate insulating layer is thicker than the second insulating layer. Metal gates are formed on the first and the second insulating layer.

    Abstract: A catalyst for preparing light olefin using direct conversion of syngas is a composite catalyst and formed by compounding component I and component II in a mechanical mixing mode. The active ingredient of component I is a metal oxide; and the component II is one or more than one of zeolite of CHA and AEI structures or metal modified CHA and/or AEI zeolite. A weight ratio of the active ingredients in the component I to the component II is 0.1-20. The reaction process has high product yield and selectivity, wherein the sum of the selectivity of the propylene and butylene reaches 40-75%; and the sum of the selectivity of light olefin comprising ethylene, propylene and butylene can reach 50-90%. Meanwhile, the selectivity of a methane side product is less than 15%.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an electro-hydraulic servo actuator capable of implementing long-stroke and high-frequency loading and a control method.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for operating an amplifier with a controllable pull-down capability are described. A memory device may include a memory array and a power circuit that generates an internal signal for components in the memory array. The power circuit may include an amplifier and a power transistor that is coupled with the amplifier. A pull-down capability of the amplifier may be controllable using an external signal that is based on a difference between a reference signal and the internal signal. The power circuit may also include a comparator that is coupled with the amplifier and configured to compare the reference signal and the internal signal. Components of the comparator may be integrated with components of the amplifier, may share a bias circuit, and may use nodes within the amplifier to control the comparator. A signal output by the comparator may control the pull-down capability of the amplifier.
