  • Patent number: 12147772
Abstract: A system may include a memory and a processor in communication with the memory. The processor may be configured to perform operations. The operations may include generating a content page and selecting an annotation container for the content page. The operations may include configuring the annotation container and inputting content into the annotation container. The operations may include submitting at least one attribute to the annotation container to associate the attribute with the content. The operations may include including the content and the at least one attribute in container data and extracting a model from the container data. The operations may include importing the model into a dialog skill and embedding the dialog skill into a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20220335536
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, apparatus, and computer-readable storage media that support local and cloud-based tax determination operations. In some examples, a transaction system may execute a local tax engine to enable localized tax calculation services in a lightweight footprint while still achieving one or more benefits of a cloud-based system (e.g., technical support and automatic updates of software and tax content). As a result, some aspects of the present disclosure may enable a “full power” tax engine that is local to a transactional system, such as an edge device, while also enabling the tax engine to automatically sync back to a cloud-based system, such as to receive one or more of a configuration update, a software release, a software update, or updated tax content. Further, the transaction system may transmit results of tax calculations to the cloud-based system, such as for reporting, compliance, or both.

  • Patent number: 11138204
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for generating metrics for a stream of interaction data. In some embodiments, a computing system receives a stream of interaction data that is based on user interactions with one or more computing systems, where the stream of interaction data includes information for multiple interaction characteristics including an interaction category. In response to receiving additional interaction information in the stream of interaction data, the computing system may generate cumulative metric values for one or more interaction categories.

  • Patent number: 6677793
Abstract: An automatic delay matching circuit for a data serializer includes a phase-locked loop for synthesizing a transmitter clock signal for an external circuit, a phase interpolator coupled to the phase-locked loop for delaying or advancing the transmitter clock signal in response to a phase control signal to generate a delayed or advanced transmitter clock signal for the data serializer, a phase detector for measuring a phase difference between the delayed or advanced transmitter clock signal further delayed through the data serializer and the transmitter clock signal delayed through an external circuit, and a loop filter coupled to the phase detector for generating the phase control signal as a function of the phase difference between the delayed or advanced transmitter clock signal further delayed through the data serializer and the transmitter clock signal delayed through the external circuit.
