A plurality of participants may access at least the virtual exposition floor. The system may provide, information to generate a graphical representation of the virtual exposition floor, a first graphical representation of the virtual expo booth, and a plurality of avatars associated with the plurality of participants to one or more client devices. The system may also provide data associated with the first video conference, data associated with the second video conference, or data associated with the plurality of avatars.

Abstract: Techniques for transitioning a panelist client device from a webinar backstage to a webinar mainstage are provided. In an example method, a computer system generates a webinar for hosting a number of attendee client devices and one or more panelist client devices, the webinar including a webinar mainstage and a webinar backstage. The computer system joins the one or more panelist client devices to the webinar backstage of the webinar. The computer system joins the attendee client devices to the webinar mainstage of the webinar. The computer system receives, from a first panelist client device, a presentation indication. The computer system then associates the first panelist client device with the webinar mainstage.

Abstract: Provided herein are methods and systems for a webinar backstage. A method may include receiving, from a first client device, webinar access information. The first client device may be identified based on the webinar access information. The method may also include transmitting, to the first client device, webinar backstage access information, and transmitting to the first client device: a first set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar mainstage and a second set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar backstage.
