    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a cavity filer. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, there is providing an improved cavity filter. The cavity filter comprises a housing which defines a cavity and a resonator arrangement which comprises a plurality of resonant components. The plurality of resonant components are arranged in a common plane inside the cavity. The plurality of resonant components comprises a first resonant component, a second resonant component and a third resonant component. The first, second and third resonant components are arranged in an interdigital structure and spaced apart from each other. At least two of the first, second and third resonant components are arranged to be connected through a connection strip. In this way, it reduces the size and weight of the filter. It also achieves cost reduction. Moreover, it is also more flexible do design.

The biomarker comprises at least three autoantibodies against the following tumor-associated antigens: PARP1, TRIM21, P53, BRCA2, Annexin 11, ATAD2, NY-ESO-1, and CAGE. Through detection of the biomarker, an early screening for a breast cancer, particularly a triple-negative breast cancer, may be achieved. The present disclosure further provides an antigen protein combination for detecting the biomarker, a kit containing the antigen protein combination, and a corresponding detection or diagnosis method.

The present invention provides a method to identify whether Azotobacter secrets ammonia using nitrogen-free solid incubation media, which is simple and easy to carry out, and can accurately identify whether Azotobacter secreting nitrogenous compounds to extracellular and the ability of secretion, which play an important role in the development of bio-fertilizer industry.
