While maintaining the fixed mobile IP information of the mobile apparatus, the mobile apparatus receives data, in which network IP information of a base station for transmitting data is changed to IP information of the second base station, from the first base station. At the mobile apparatus, a network IP of a base station for data communication is changed from the first base station to the second base station.
