  • Patent number: 11293576
Abstract: A gas supply connector of the present invention includes a gas supply member and two fasteners, wherein the gas supply member has a main body and multiple tubes; the fastener includes a buckling portion, a pressing portion and a neck portion. The pressing portion has an inner layer body and an outer layer body. The neck portion contracts from two lateral ends toward the center to form a tapered section, and the outer surface of the neck portion is arranged with multiple reinforcing ribs. The present invention through the neck portion reduces the force required for pressing the fastener to deform by the user, and through the reinforcing ribs increases the structural strength of the neck portion to prevent the fastener from breaking; in addition, the inner layer is made of plastic, and outer layer body is made of soft material, so as to improve the comfort of pressing fastener.

  • Publication number: 20170159651
Abstract: A quick inflation system for air mattress includes first and second air supply sources connected to air delivery lines and quick air charging lines, respectively. The air delivery lines are further connected to first inflatable portions of an air mattress and respectively have a connecting line led to air input lines connected to second inflatable portions of the air mattress. The quick air charging lines are further connected to the air delivery lines. With these arrangements, once the first and second air supply sources start supplying air, the first and second inflatable portions of the air mattress can quickly change from a non-expanded state into an expanded state. Thereafter, the first air supply source is fluidly connected to different ones of the air delivery lines in a specific sequence; so that there are always some of the first inflatable portions that continuously change between the non-expanded and the expanded state.

  • Publication number: 20170143131
Abstract: A heat exchange structure for support surface includes a mattress portion consisting of air cells disposed side-by-side, a mattress cover, a heat dissipation air cushion disposed between the mattress portion and the mattress cover, an air charging line, and an air supply unit connected to the heat dissipation air cushion via the air charging line. The heat dissipation air cushion has air holes formed on its top surface. When air is supplied from the air supply unit into the heat dissipation air cushion, an air chamber in the heat dissipation air cushion is expanded to create an air-flowing space between the mattress portion and the mattress cover. The air supplied into the air chamber continuously escapes from the heat dissipation air cushion into the air-flowing space to form air streams, which flow through and finally out of the air-flowing space while carrying heat and moisture away from the mattress cover.

  • Patent number: 9061547
Abstract: A power-operated caster brake mechanism includes a driving device having a driving motor; a linking mechanism having a shifting member connected to a moving bar of the driving motor, and two rotating members connected to two ends of the shifting member; a caster connected to each rotating member and including a wheel and a brake and direction-lock mechanism, the latter including a brake block located in a wheel support, and a pin connected at an end to the brake block and another end to the rotating member; and a mechanical switch connected to the moving bar. When the driving motor shifts the shifting member, the rotating members rotate the brake blocks to different positions, bringing the casters to a braked, a direction-locked, or a freely swiveling state. In case the driving motor is failed, the casters can still be set to a desired operating state with the mechanical switch.

  • Publication number: 20140291979
Abstract: A connection assembly includes a connector and a coupler. The connector has a housing member, which is provided on an end with a plurality of air inlet pipes, one of which is a blocked pipe while all other ones are open pipes, and on another end with an air outlet pipe connected to an inflatable member. The coupler has a chamber internally defining a receiving space for holding the housing member therein and having a fixing end with a plurality of coupling pipes spaced thereon to connect with an air supply device. The air inlet pipes are inserted in the coupling pipes. An external detection system detects the internal pressure of respective coupling pipes to obtain a relative position of the blocked air inlet pipe on the connector, and accordingly regulates the air supplied by the air supply device to control the internal pressure of the inflatable member.
