  • Publication number: 20240207511
Abstract: A device for subcutaneous delivery of a medicament includes a dispensing module with a base wall applied to skin of a patient, an elongated seat arranged inside the dispensing module, the elongated seat including a rest portion, a cartridge arranged in the elongated seat and including a container holding the medicament, an elongated opening formed on the base wall at the elongated seat to allow the insertion of the cartridge into the elongated seat, and retaining members that interact with the cartridge and lock the cartridge inside the elongated seat . The device has an initial configuration where the retaining members do not act on the cartridge and the cartridge rests on the rest portion and is movable in the elongated seat along a longitudinal direction, and a final configuration where the retaining members interact with the cartridge and lock the cartridge in a predetermined position.

  • Publication number: 20240181160
Abstract: A device for subcutaneous delivery of a medicament includes an injection needle and an injection needle movement mechanism to move the injection needle between a rest position and an injection position. The injection needle movement mechanism includes a pushing member movable from a first service position to a second service position, and a support member movable between a first operating position and a second operating position. The support member also includes a coupling portion coupled to a flexible tube connected to the injection needle. The injection needle movement mechanism includes a first compression spring configured to move the pushing member from the first service position to the second service position, and a second compression spring configured to move the support member from the second operating position to the first operating position.

  • Publication number: 20240123142
Abstract: A device for subcutaneous delivery of a medicament includes a delivery module to house a cartridge containing a medicament to be delivered to a patient via a needle and a control module coupled to the delivery module to house a control unit and a battery to power the control unit. The delivery module includes an application surface that contacts the patient's body and two opposite first gripping perimeter surfaces extending along a first direction parallel to the application surface and along a second direction perpendicular to the application surface and having substantially equal dimensions in the second direction. The control module includes two opposite second gripping perimeter surfaces extending along the first direction and along the second direction and having substantially equal dimensions in the second direction. The two first gripping perimeter surfaces and the two second gripping perimeter surfaces have substantially equal dimensions in the first direction.
