  • Publication number: 20230181854
Abstract: An endotracheal tub includes at least one main tubular body, which is configured for at least partial insertion into the respiratory tract of a patient, through the mouth or the nose. The tube includes at least one tubular reinforcement skeleton for the body. At least one useful portion of the skeleton is constituted by at least one first filament which is wound in a helical manner around the longitudinal axis of the body and is selectively disengageable from the body. Such disengagement enables its removal after the completion of the step of insertion of the body into the respiratory tract of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20220203057
Abstract: A tracheal device for the assisted respiration of a patient includes a first tube having a proximal end to be arranged protruding from the mouth of the patient and connectable to a device for assisted respiration, a distal end adapted to cover an orifice, and a first sealing element coupled externally to the first tube. The tracheal device also includes a second tube having a distal end adapted to cover the orifice, a second sealing element coupled externally to the second tube, and a flexible and collapsible service duct stably coupled to the first tube and the second tube to allow the service duct and the first and the second tubes to be arranged in two configurations.

  • Patent number: 8292982
Abstract: A filter, in particular for a rotary separator, is produced using an energy beam melting process, for example an electron beam, starting from powder made from the same material as a porous filtering portion to be formed, for example from a titanium alloy; on the basis of a three-dimensional model comprising a cell structure defining the porous filtering portion, subsequent layers of powder are applied and locally melted, so as to form successive sections of the porous filtering portion; at the end of the forming process, the residual powder is evacuated from the pores.

  • Patent number: 7815847
Abstract: A process for mass production of three-dimensional articles made of intermetallic compounds based on titanium and aluminium by an electron beam melting technology. The articles are produced in successive sections from powders of the intermetallic compound with which the articles are to be produced. For each section, melting of the powders preceded by a preheating step is performed.
