Abstract: Disclosed is a technique for managing real estate judicial auctions providing real-time digital certification, with regard to the on-site inspections carried out by the involved subjects, on a certain date. The verification is carried out directly by using a combination of telecommunication units that performs: establishing the presence of the involved subjects, detecting the physical access thereof to a particular premises, by way of the geolocation function present on the devices for mobile telecommunications, possessed by those subjects; acquiring images and signatures through the telecommunications devices provided with video camera; georeferencing the acquisition of the images and all the operations that are submitted; encoding the content of the acquisition and adding a timestamp in order to allow the certification of the acquisition date of the data; and transferring the data acquired and made secure through telecommunication channels for preservation, consulting and logging at a dedicated data bank.
