Abstract: An assembly of a vertical packaging machine and a device for the application of a system of opening and closing the packaging, wherein the device for the application of a system of opening and closing the packaging, handled by a programmable controller, comprises, upstream of the forming tube, a carriage slidingly supported by the framework of the machine in the direction of forward movement of the wrapping to be formed; a first welding unit supported by said carriage for a first phase of welding of the zip; means supported by said carriage for positioning the zip on the wrapping in the position of a first welding of the zip; and, downstream of the forming tube and of the first welding unit, a second welding unit for a phase of final welding of the zip to the packaging.

Abstract: A weighing assembly includes a hopper for central loading of the articles to be packaged, a channel for conveying the articles from the hopper radially, a member for weighing the articles to be packaged in the form of a plurality of weighing baskets placed peripherally and having lower outlets for discharging the weighed portions of the articles, and, below the weighing baskets, a member for conveying weighed portions of the articles received via the lower discharge outlets of the weighing baskets in the form of at least one first part for peripheral transport of the articles. The first part has a surface for supporting and transporting the articles to be packaged positioned below and in proximity of the transfer outlets of corresponding weighing baskets and defines a peripheral conveying path.

Abstract: A device for welding bags in a heat-sealable plastic material comprising two transverse welding parts (18, 18) carried by respective mobile support elements (20, 20) and means for driving the motion of said support elements, comprising at least, for each of said welding elements (18,18), a rotation drive shaft (26), a train-holder element (28) connected integrally to said drive shaft (26) to rotate together with the latter, a fixed cogged sun wheel (30) integral with the support structure (17), a first cogged planet wheel (32) integral with said element for supporting the welding part (20) and connected freely rotatingly around its own axis to said train-holder element (28) and driven to rotate by the latter, and a second intermediate cogged planet wheel (34) attached to said train-holder element (28) freely rotatingly around its own axis and driven to rotate by the latter.

Abstract: A device for loading and distribution of articles or material to be packaged in a packaging machine comprising an upper hopper for receiving the articles, a series of radial channels for conveying the articles towards peripheral points of collection of portions of articles a unit for distribution of the articles received via the hopper means to the conveying channels placed above said conveying channels, and drive means, provided for rotating the distribution unit around a vertical axis in order to consent the transfer of the articles to the conveying channels. In the device the distribution unit further comprises at least a first and a second distribution element extending radially and connected to each other in order to rotate together.

Abstract: Assembly of buckets for weighing a product in a machine for packaging said product, including at least a first and a second row of buckets, wherein each bucket of a row is in communication for the downward passage of the product with a corresponding bucket of the other row. In the assembly of buckets each of the buckets has a slanted surface for sliding of the product and the buckets of the rows of buckets in respective communication for the passage of the product are positioned to convey the product along a downwardly conveying path comprising the sliding surfaces of the corresponding buckets, so that relevant vertical fallings of the product are avoided.

Abstract: A device for sealing bags or packages in a heat-sealable plastic material containing a predefined portion of product, wherein a tubular strip is longitudinally fed and filled while said sealing device, by welding the opposite edges of said tubular strip, defines a plurality of packages individually containing said predetermined portion of product, said sealing device comprising two welding plates or elements transverse to said strip and opposite one to the other and which are carried by a respective mobile support element.

Abstract: A device for the step feeding of web material for making bags, in automatic bag-filling machines. The device comprises two opposing feeding members which are made to rotate continuously and are supported by slides running along horizontal guides, in order to move alternatively from an advanced position in which they frictionally feed and move forward a sufficient length of web material to form a bag, to a retracted position.
