Abstract: Herein described is a device for sealing and cutting film in packaging systems for loose product, comprising transversal rotating shafts synchronised with each other, to which a couple of pincers is engaged comprising sealing and cutting means. Said pincers are connected to mechanisms comprising lower prestretching plates and upper prestretching plates forced in predefined positions by springs that react to a set almost circular path that brings the two pincers into contact one in front of the other so that the upper ones hold back the loose product and the lower ones carry out a prestretching of the film, so as to prepare the film for sealing and cutting without any interpositioning of loose product.

Abstract: A metering machine for pasta is described comprising a channel for the finishing of pasta, a shovel for the support of the pasta that flows in said finishing channel, a shovel for the metering of the pasta. The supporting shovel and the metering shovel are transversally insertable in the finishing channel and disinsertable from it in alternate way. The metering shovel and the supporting shovel are mechanically connected with each other so that a single driving device provides to their simultaneous and alternate transversal insertion and disinsertion.

Abstract: A metering machine for pasta is described comprising at least one channel for the roughing of the pasta, a shovel that is transversally insertable in said channel in order to meter the pasta, a cylinder with radial cavity rotatable between a position for the support of the pasta present in said channel and a position for the collection of the pasta in said radial cavity, at least one basket for the collection of the pasta output by said cylinder and a weighing device for the pasta being collected in said basket. The cylinder is made rotate around an eccentric axis that is arranged in such a way that said cylinder when in position of support is at a higher level than the one in which it gets when in said position for the collection of the pasta.

Abstract: Levelling method realized by the simultaneous action of an abutment device and a retaining device for the product, rotating at variable speed in a periodic manner. The abutment device eliminates the end projections of the elements of the long shaped pasta, while the retaining device holds the single long shaped pasta elements firmly in their position, acting from above. The rotational speed varies during levelling, from a value equal to that of the transport collector for the product, so that the devices may be introduced in the collector, to a slowed down value, lasting for a longer time, where the soft contact between the levelling devices and the levelling product occurs.
