Abstract: Systems and methods for keybox status determination are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system for determining a status of a keycontainer of a lockbox comprises one or more sensors configured to generate output signals related to the keycontainer. The system further comprises at least one processor operatively connected with the one or more sensors, and memory storing instructions executable by the at least one processor. The instructions when executed cause the system to: determine, using the output signals from the one or more sensors, a status of the keycontainer, the status indicating whether the keycontainer is released from the keybox; and send a status notification based on the determined status of the keycontainer.
