Abstract: For electronic marketing to be successful, there is a need to personalize and target product or service information as much as possible to the evolving needs of customers. There is also the need to make adapting and targeting of the information controllable by product managers and marketing people, rather than by Web server programmers. The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling an automatic, electronic presentation to a customer. The invention relates further to a marketing campaign manager for business and consumer electronic commerce marketing involving automatic presentations to customers.
