An electronic device includes a receive power coil and a barrier including an internal surface facing the receive power coil and an external surface configured to face a transmit power coil. The external surface defines a gap between the external surface and a surface of the wireless power transmitter responsive to placement of the external surface in engagement with the surface of the wireless power transmitter.
