    Abstract: The present invention relates to authorisation, in particular to authorisation using a digital certificate from a foreign agent node to which a mobile node is temporarily connected. The digital certificate includes geographical information derived from a physical location. A comparison between the geographical information of the certificate and a further item of geographical information can be performed. An authorisation decision for data transfer to the mobile node can then be made in dependence on the result of the comparison.
