Abstract: A meritocracy based smart workforce management platform which ensures ready supply of human resource compliant of project-specific competencies, along with industry-, regulatory-, corporate-defined-, or a combination thereof requirements besides appropriate soft-skills towards accomplishing four vital parameters (1) Cost, (2) Quality, (3) Timeline, and (4) Compliance of an organization. The method selects the candidate based on quality ratings and assigns the trained human resource to the project. The method also incorporates receiving insurance quote based on the profile of a human resource and requirement of a project.
