Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product for property-based transactions are provided. An example method includes receiving, by a computing device, a property-based transaction request of a first user that includes first selection parameters and determining first user characteristics of the first user associated with the property-based transaction request. The method further includes determining a first candidate real estate owned (REO) property data object based upon the first selection parameters and the first user characteristics. The first candidate REO property data object is indicative of a first physical location that is owned by an entity associated with the computing device. The method further includes providing a first actionable object to the first user for the first candidate REO property data object.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include techniques for communicating information about the social behavior of users and transactions performed by users on a computer network. In one example, this disclosure describes a method that includes receiving information about identity disclosure activities performed by each of a plurality of users on the network; determining that the information about identity disclosure activities includes information consistent with a prior identity disclosure activity performed by a first user having a first user status on the network; increasing the first user status; determining that the information about identity disclosure activities includes information that is not consistent with a prior identity disclosure activity performed by a second user having a second user status on the network; and decreasing the second user status.

Abstract: Vehicle transactions can be facilitated based on location. A customer location can be tracked relative to vehicles at a dealer location. A customer in close proximity to a particular vehicle at a dealer location can be detected, and a finance agreement can be generated between a financing party, the customer, and the dealer of the vehicle based on the detection of the customer and the vehicle. Further, a mechanism is provided to aid execution of the finance agreement as a contract between the customer, the financing party, and the dealer to finalize a sale or lease of the vehicle.

Abstract: Purchase assistance is provided to a user based on user device location and direction. Input to a user device, identifying a product or service of interest, can be received. Next, a location of the user device is determined, and one or more providers of the product or service are identified in proximity to the location of the user device. Direction information of the user device is determined by ascertaining a compass orientation of the user device or a direction vector of movement of the user device. Subsequently, providers are identified based on the direction information and presented to a user on a display of the user device. Further, an offer associated with the product or service, such as a finance offer, can be generated and presented with the providers on the display.

Abstract: Compliance management is disclosed. A user can submit a data request, which can trigger the generation of a permission token for a service operator and a service request for the data request. An identified service operator can be provided with exclusive permissions to solve the data request. Access to data is managed to allow non-compliance to be detected and addressed. An attempt is made to locate the performance token and the service request associated with a customer data request. Further, the permission token and service token can be evaluated. A compliance state is set to non-compliant when a search fails to locate the permission token and the service token or when the permission token is expired or the service request is invalid. If the compliance state is non-compliant, an alert or security action can be initiated.

Security controls are applied for the tag. The security controls dictate a charge type or authorized creditor for executing transactions. A financial transaction is executed between an entity and the customer using the tag associated with the financial account.
