The method includes at least one activation step of a set of bipolar electrodes, according to a predetermined electric intensity and a predetermined biphasic pulse frequency, delivering a predetermined electric field. The predetermined electric field induces an activation of the GABAergic type neurons and a virtual absence of activation of other types of neurons.
