Abstract: A locking piece includes a housing which has a, in particular, rectangular housing opening and a slide which is arranged in the housing. At the housing side, the slide is guided so as to be able to be linearly displaced between two end positions and which has a locking arm which extends at right-angles with respect to the displacement direction of the slide and protrudes forward through the housing opening. A spring clip is arranged behind the slide, which spring clip extends in the displacement direction and which is anchored at the two clip ends thereof in the housing. The slide is arranged between the housing and the spring clip and is retained in abutment with the housing by the spring clip.

Abstract: A method of starting up and managing an offline control device with a management control unit and a terminal, includes: implementing of a multi-factor/ID authentication algorithm in the terminal; delivering the terminal and a first storage medium having a storage medium ID and a first security code to a customer; delivering of a second security code generated using the first security code, to a second storage medium of the customer; positioning, by a user, of the first and second storage mediums at the terminal and reading of the storage medium ID and the first and second security codes, and offline checking by the algorithm of the terminal, whether the read first and second security codes are valid with one another; after a positive multi-factor authentication check, storing the storage medium ID as the authorization ID and the first security code in the terminal; and terminating the initial start-up mode.

Abstract: A locking piece for a locking unit includes a housing having a housing opening. A locking arm, which engages through the housing opening, is mounted so as to be displaceable, in a direction at a right angle to its longitudinal direction, in the housing opening. A slide is guided displaceably in the housing in the displacement direction of the locking arm and is motion-coupled to the locking arm in the displacement direction. The housing and/or the slide are/is formed from magnetically attractable material. At least one magnet acts between the housing and slide and positionally fixes the locking arm in each possible displacement position within the housing opening.
