  • Patent number: 8211066
Abstract: The device (10) for selective access closure inside a catheter comprises a conduit (14) having a rear extremity (16) for the insertion of a medical instrument and a mechanism (27) for adjusting the cross-section provided within the conduit (14). The mechanism (27) comprises a member (32) for repositioning the device between an opening movement and a closing movement. The direction of movement of the repositioning member (32) along both the closing path and the opening path are identical.

  • Patent number: 7717880
Abstract: The inflation device comprises a syringe whose piston presents a thread. It further comprises a retaining mechanism for retaining the piston and comprising two half-nuts movable between a position in which they are spaced apart from the thread and a position in which they engage the thread, together with control members mounted to tilt relative to the syringe body. For each half-nut, the retaining mechanism comprises two resilient tabs pressing against the corresponding half-nut and against the syringe body. In addition, each of the control members comprises a finger pressing against the corresponding half-nut and adapted, when the member tilts, to press against one of two bearing surfaces carried by the half-nut and offset relative to each other in a radial direction of the syringe body.

  • Patent number: 7704236
Abstract: This distribution device comprises a syringe body (30), a distributor (32), a feed tube (56) for a first active medical fluid opening into the syringe body (30), a tube (60) for the injection of this active fluid connected to a distal extremity (46) of the syringe body (30), a pressurized tube (64) designed to be connected to a patient through a pressurized line (12) and a tube (66) for the measurement of venous or arterial pressure. The pressurized, injection and measurement tubes open into a chamber (62) bounded within the body (32B) of the distributor (32). The device (2) comprises a flush tube (68) which is at least partly bounded by the body (32B) of the distributor (32), which opens into the chamber (62) and is fitted with a valve (70, 80) which can be operated manually.

  • Patent number: 6893423
Abstract: The injection syringe has at least one syringe body (12) provided with a needle (22) and a pusher (14) mounted so as to be able to move in the body (12). The syringe has a movable guard (36) for protecting the injection end (22A) of the needle. The guard (36) is able to move with respect to the body (12) between a position retracted in the body (12) and an active protection position. The guard (36) and the body (12) have associated projecting and recessed reliefs for holding the guard in a retracted position. It has a retractable member (70) for positive holding of the engagement of the said associated reliefs, when the guard (36) is in a retracted position. The pusher (14) and the said holding member (70) are adapted for a retraction of the said holding member (70) under the action of the pushing in of the pusher (14) into the body, at the end of injection, providing a release of the positive holding of the engagement of the associated reliefs.
