    Abstract: A motor for moving a flap for distributing a flow of air in a duct of a heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning installation is supplied with voltage. A power-regulation module is mounted in series with the motor, and includes at least one positive-temperature-coefficient resistor, so that, when the flap reaches an open or closed position, the motor is blocked. This results in an increase in the current strength in the circuit, causing an increase in the value of the resistance, and this results in a reduction in the current strength and in the voltage at the terminals of the motor.
