  • Patent number: 12044306
Abstract: A planetary gearbox includes a first planetary stage with a component, a sun gear, and a planet gear meshing with the sun gear via a toothing system, a second planetary stage, and a lubricant transfer device arranged between the first planetary stage and the second planetary stage. The lubricant transfer device includes a discharge component arranged in a co-rotating manner on a component of the second planetary stage, and a receiving component designed to receive lubricant and arranged in a co-rotating manner on the component of the first planetary stage. A lubricant conduit communicates with the lubricant transfer device and is configured to extend over an entire axial extent of a tooth engagement region of the sun gear of the first planetary stage radially within the toothing system of the sun gear with the planet gear of the first planetary stage.

  • Patent number: 11873796
Abstract: A planetary gearbox for a wind power installation includes a planetary carrier having a first and second carrier cheeks, planetary gears mounted rotatably on the first and second carrier cheeks via bearing pins, respectively, an internal gear meshing with the planetary gears, with an assembly clearance being configured between a cheek external diameter of the first and second carrier cheeks and an internal diameter of the internal gear, and a planetary carrier spider configured to position the first and second carrier cheeks at a defined spacing with respect to one another. The planetary carrier spider has a radially outwardly pointing outer side which extends at a greater spaced-apart relation radially inward from a radially inner tip circle radius of an internal toothing system of the internal gear than the first and second carrier cheeks and which is arranged radially outside with respect to an internal diameter of the planetary gears.

  • Publication number: 20230304475
Abstract: A transmission includes a shaft-hub connection designed as a serration and having an axial extent along a shaft axis, and an oil supply line to the serration in order to lubricate a relative movement in the serration between a shaft side and a hub side of the shaft-hub connection. The oil supply line is designed to open from radially inward directly into a cavity on the serration to enable supply of oil to the serration at an oil pressure that prevails in the cavity.
