Abstract: A restriction member for a snowblower is herein described, the restriction member comprising an attack edge and a release edge and is adapted to cover at least 20% of a propeller housing opening of the snow-blowing mechanism. The radial length of the restriction member is substantially covering the radial length of a cooperating impeller snow-engaging portion to improve the vacuum of the snow-blowing mechanism. An adjustable restriction member and a kit thereof are also presented therein.
