  • Publication number: 20250058455
Abstract: A packaging device for an accessory device includes a retaining element for retaining the accessory device, a clamping element for clamping the accessory device, and a clamping recess for receiving the accessory device. The clamping element, in particular the clamping recess, is provided for clamping the accessory device depending on a movement, in particular a rotational movement, of the clamping element relative to the accessory device, in particular a longitudinal axis of the accessory device.

  • Publication number: 20240062490
Abstract: A system and method is provided for contextualizing and selecting objects for placement in digital environments, specifically, in mixed reality (MR) environments. The proposed systems and methods embed personalized and customized content in the user's view of the physical environment in real time. The systems and methods include a contextual data harvesting process related to the user's physical surroundings. The gathered data about the user environment and the set of available objects are then processed using machine learning (ML) models to infer a relevant object to place on the selected placement space. Further, the present systems and methods include displaying the selected object in the MR environment. Systems and methods for training ML models for contextualizing and selecting objects for placement in mixed reality environments are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230306205
Abstract: A method and system is provided for creating and implementing personalized conversational agents representing historical figures travelling through space and time. These agents can process and analyse natural language utterances expressed by a user and generate knowledgeable and contextualized responses when prompted. The proposed agents can reply to existing conversations, initiate meaningful conversation topics to engage other users. The personalized conversational agents have the ability to navigate freely in space and time, while conditioning their conversational responses on their current space and time coordinates. Natural language processing (NLP) models are used to derive a conversation topic, its related space and time information based on the existing information available about the historical figure of interest.

  • Publication number: 20220164096
Abstract: A spatio-temporal messaging system through which people can connect with one another by posting and replying to messages. The system is based on events which take place in reality in either the past, present or future, and which are documented by users on the messaging platform. Messages are created with associated spatio-temporal coordinates. Posts referring to a single message or a message thread are identified by markers which visibility can be filtered by navigating a map in longitude, latitude and scale. Messages are searchable using graphical representations of space and time including maps and a time-gliding tool. Users can anonymously access and navigate the platform for the purpose of reading markers headers, creating new message or replying to existing messages. The platform randomly attributes a unique username to new users who will automatically retain it for future sessions if they use the same environment.
