  • Patent number: 11761462
Abstract: A solenoid valve assembly has a valve body in which a spool is slidably mounted and operated by a solenoid having a coil. A manifold member has a plurality of flow paths for supplying and discharging pressurized fluid to and from ports of the solenoid valve assembly. An intermediate block is interposed between the valve body and the manifold member. The intermediate block has a plurality of through holes for connecting ports of the manifold member to ports on the valve body. At least one sensor is housed in the intermediate block for sensing at least one of pressure and flow in at least one of the through holes.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 7, 2017
Date of Patent: September 19, 2023
Inventors: Scott Allen Weickel, Enrico De Carolis, Thiago Caetano Ferreira, Pascal Moreau

  • Patent number: 9273791
Abstract: The invention relates to a solenoid valve including an electromagnet (17, 4, 3, 10) made of a flat movable core (10), a fixed core (3) and a coil (17), the solenoid valve comprising a body (4) which also belongs to the electromagnet and includes an opening (23) located at the rear of the body (4), opposite the supply opening (18), for inserting the flat movable core (10), the fixed core (3) and the coil (17). The body (4) is secured to a retaining ring (8) made of a non-magnetic material, a flat spring (9) being compressed between the retaining ring (8) and the flat movable core (10).

  • Patent number: 6704679
Abstract: A system for acquisition of logic states including sensors operable in all-or-nothing mode, each sensor including a switch linked with a pulling resistor between ground and power-supply potential, an analog multiplexer including an output and inputs linking the switches and resistors, voltage representative of the potential linked to a specific input, an analog-digital converter linked to the output, a calculating logic unit which drives the multiplexer and converter, generates input addresses of the multiplexer periodically and sequentially, reads and stores digital values at an output of the converter for each address, determines a digital value of the voltage, determines for each address corresponding to a sensor, a position of the digital value for an address with respect to a threshold, relating to an address, the position representing logic state of each sensor, and an altering device for altering the threshold as a function of the digital value of the voltage.

  • Patent number: 6645386
Abstract: The invention concerns a flocculation-decantation method by ballasted flocs using a granular material and a step which consists in treating the sludge derived from flocculation-decantation in a circular grit trap wherein the auxiliary liquids tangentially injected into the sludge substantially in the same direction as the latter. The invention also concerns a circular grit trap with a cylindrical part of diameter D tangentially supplied with the suspension to be treated and a conical part and provided with a cylindrical chamber injecting wash-water provided at the conical part outlet and having a diameter D′ ranging between 0.35 D and 0.65 D, said cylindrical chamber having at least a tangential supply of auxiliary liquid along the same feeding direction as said tangential supply of the suspension to be treated.
