  • Publication number: 20260172543
Abstract: A system for providing zoomed representations of scene content is configurable to: (i) capture one or more images using one or more image sensors; (ii) generate display output for presentation on one or more displays, wherein the display output comprises at least a first region and a second region, wherein the first region depicts first scene content represented in the one or more images with a first zoom level, and wherein the second region depicts second scene content represented in the one or more images with a second zoom level, wherein the second zoom level is different from the first zoom level; and (iii) present the display output using the one or more displays, wherein, upon capturing the one or more images, generating the display output and presenting the display output occurs in real time or near real time.

  • Publication number: 20260170626
Abstract: A system for providing representations of scene content is configurable to: (i) obtain one or more images including a first set of pixels and a second set of pixels; (ii) generate a first tone mapping operator using a first set of pixel values associated with the first set of pixels; (iii) generate a second tone mapping operator using at least a second set of pixel values associated with the second set of pixels; (iv) generate a first set of tone-mapped pixel values by applying the first tone mapping operator to the first set of pixel values; (v) generate a second set of tone-mapped pixel values by applying the second tone mapping operator to the second set of pixel values; (vi) generate an output image using the first and second sets of tone-mapped pixel values; and (vii) present the output image on the one or more displays.

  • Publication number: 20260162317
Abstract: Techniques for performing foveated rendering are disclosed. A service accesses an original image of a scene. The service creates a binned image by down-sampling the original image. The service creates an un-binned image by cropping the original image. The service performs an image processing operation on the binned and/or the un-binned images. The service creates an up-sampled image by up-sampling the binned image. The service creates a cropped image by cropping the up-sampled image. Based on a light parameter of the scene, the service imposes a biasing function that biases an incorporation of pixels from one or both of the un-binned image and the cropped image, resulting in generation of a biased image. The service generates a foveated image by overlaying and aligning the biased image onto the up-sampled image.

  • Publication number: 20240362891
Abstract: A system for selecting motion models for aligning scene content captured by different image sensors, is configurable to (i) access a first image captured by a first image sensor and a second image captured by a second image sensor; (ii) access a set of motion models; (iii) define a reference patch within the second image; (iv) generate a respective match patch for each motion model of the set of motion models; (v) determine a similarity between each respective match patch and the reference patch within the second image; (vi) select a final motion model from the set of motion models based upon the similarity between each respective match patch and the reference patch within the second image; and (vii) utilize the final motion model to generate an output image for display to a user.

  • Publication number: 20240362802
Abstract: A system determining motion models for aligning scene content captured by different image sensors is configurable to access a first motion model generated based upon a set of feature correspondences that includes (i) an inlier set used to determine model parameters for the first motion model and (ii) an outlier set. The system is also configurable to define a modified set of feature correspondences that includes the outlier set from the set of feature correspondences. The system is also configurable to generate a second motion model by using the modified set of feature correspondences to determine model parameters for the second motion model.

  • Patent number: 7116107
Abstract: The invention relates to a transmitter loop configuration used for ground and downhole electromagnetic geophysical surveys. The loop wire is spread out on the ground surface in such a way as to form several subset loops in series. Each subset loop can be juxtaposed to each other or separated by a fixed distance. The contribution of each subset to the primary electromagnetic field is improved in intensity and vector orientation so as to energize more efficiently buried geological conductors. This design generates a strong sub-horizontal primary field in an in-loop zone of the global loop. Any sub-vertical conductor buried under this in-loop zone will be maximum-coupled and will generate a secondary electromagnetic field detectable by a receiver device. This invention includes the possibility of using a combination a several pairs of loops.
