Abstract: A method for assisting starting of a motor vehicle by application of engine torque on starting the vehicle. In the method parameters for detection of the starting of the motor vehicle are recorded. A set point for engine management is calculated from a parameter for the driver's command. A torque for assisting the start is determined from the engine management set point. The torque assistance is used on starting the vehicle from zero speed to a non-zero speed and the set point for the engine management is calculated as a function of different values for the moment of inertia of the engine. The change from one first value to a second value is carried out on there being a given difference between the engine management value and the measured value.

Abstract: A method and device for regulating engine temperature. The device includes a valve control system arranged on a pipe of a cooling circuit of an internal combustion engine connecting the engine to a radiator. The pipe includes a temperature sensor arranged at the engine output and upstream of the valve control system that is automatically opened under effect of a cooling liquid being heated to a set temperature in accordance with a predetermined setpoint profile, ranging between a minimum stored temperature setpoint and a maximum stored temperature setpoint, so that the temperature of the engine gradually reaches the minimum or maximum setpoint by maintaining the control valve system more or less wide open. A controller controls the initial opening of the control valve system enabling the opening of the control valve system to be controlled when the control valve system has already been initially opened.

Abstract: The automated cycle storage system comprises:a plurality of cycles (CY), each having a fastening region (ZA) for temporarily storing it, an identification means (P1, P2) containing an identifier associated in a one-to-one way with said cycle and an antitheft device (AV) firmly attached to the cycle and designed so as to prevent the cycle from being stolen during temporary use of the cycle by a user, this antitheft device being actuable by means of a removable key (CL) containing at least part of the identification means (P1), and at least one storage station (ST) comprising a number of storage locations (EMP) each capable of removably housing a cycle, a number of controllable automatic cycle-locking/unlocking devices (CRH), each capable of engaging in said fastening region of a cycle, and read devices (LP1, LP2) capable of reading the identification means of the cycles housed in the storage locations.
