The lighting support comprises a securing member operatively connectable to the front edge structure of the upper shelf a light source support connected to the securing member. The light source support is configured to receive and support the light source and is positioned for the light source to illuminate a section of the lower shelf when the securing member is operatively connected to the front edge structure of the upper shelf.

The method comprises: determining a price for each item of a purchase of at least one item made by a client; selecting at least one item of the purchase using the nature of the item, the price determined, a price for a plurality of item and/or a total price for the purchase; activating a random rebate generator using the item selected to determine if an amount proportional to the price determined is to be awarded to the client; calculating an altered price by reducing the price determined by the proportional amount if the proportional amount is to be awarded; carrying out a payment of the altered price by the client.
