    Abstract: A composition containing as an epoxide heat stabilizer at least one glycidyl methacrylate copolymer whose epoxy value is at least 0.4. These effective heat stabilizers do not appreciably affect the transparency and the imperviousness of vinylidene chloride copolymers. The composition in question is particularly suited for the extrusion of sheets and films intended for packaging.
