    Abstract: A cutting tool assembly for cutting holes in a work piece is disclosed. The assembly includes a cutting tool member with a cylindrical cutting member, a shank member, and a guide means providing at least one guide surface tapering from the cutting member to the shank member to assist in removing the assembly from a hole cut in the work piece. Also disclosed is a conical guide member that fastens to a cutting tool providing a guide surface for the stated purpose.
