    Abstract: An apparatus including a garment having a front configured to substantially cover a person's torso, left and right shoulder regions configured to simultaneously substantially cover the person's left and right shoulders, respectively; a first wearable device attached to the front of the garment; and a second wearable device attached to at least one of the shoulder regions of the garment; and wherein each of the first wearable device and the second wearable device includes means for causing an audio alert to be emitted by an audio speaker located on the garment.     Abstract: An apparatus including a warning device fixed to a sign, which is configured to be fixed at a location adjacent a road; and wherein the warning device includes: a computer processor; a computer memory; and an audio speaker; and wherein the computer processor is configured to cause a first audio warning to be played on the audio speaker in response to computer programming stored in the computer memory when there is a dangerous road condition. The dangerous road condition may include that a drawbridge has been raised, that there is an icy condition on a bridge, that a vehicle is about to go the wrong way down a one-way street, a sharp curved road, an area is prone to falling rocks, a dangerous intersection, and/or a speed hump. The apparatus may further include a dashboard apparatus, fixed to a vehicle; configured to communicate with the warning device.

    Abstract: An apparatus including a computer processor; a computer memory, which communicates with the computer processor; and a sensor for detecting traffic signs, which communicates with the computer processor; wherein the computer memory includes data regarding a plurality of safety regulations for vehicles; and wherein the computer processor receives signals from the sensor, and determines whether a vehicle is violating one or more the safety regulations for vehicles based on the signals from the sensor and the data for the plurality of safety regulations stored in the computer memory, and provides a warning signal when a safety regulation is violated. The apparatus may further include a speedometer which communicates with the computer processor; wherein the computer processor is programmed by computer software stored in computer memory to receive speeds from the speedometer to determine if one or more of the safety regulations for vehicles have been violated.

    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed comprising a blood alcohol content sensing device which senses that a potential driver of a vehicle has a blood alcohol content above a limit. The blood alcohol sensing device sends a signal which causes operation of the vehicle to be disabled. At least part of the blood alcohol content sensing device may be incorporated into a steering wheel covering. The apparatus may further include a driver visual indicator device which provides a visual indication to the potential driver of the vehicle when the blood alcohol content of the potential driver is above the limit. A telecommunications device may send a communication signal to a monitoring center when the blood alcohol content of the potential driver is above the limit. A blood alcohol content limit for a particular jurisdiction may be transmitted by a transmitter and received by a vehicle.

The first identification device contains a first set of data concerning the insurance coverage for the suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle detection device obtains the first set of data from the first identification device. The first identification device may be comprised memory in which the first set of data is stored. The first identification device may be attached to a front windshield of the suspect vehicle and a similar second identification device may be attached to a rear windshield of the suspect vehicle.
