  • Patent number: 11075551
Abstract: A stator of a rotary electrical machine has a stator body formed by a stack of metal sheets. The stator body is delimited by inner and outer radial surfaces. Notches in the stator body extend axially. Each notch has a notch base and a notch opening, and the notch opening is on the side of the inner radial surface. A stator winding is supported by the stator body, and the winding has a plurality of winding parts. Each part is accommodated in one of the notches. Each of the notches at the notch opening has a closure element. Each winding par in a notch is retained between the notch base and the closure element. The closure elements are formed by offsetting at least one of the metal sheets of an adjacent notch in the direction of the notch.

  • Patent number: 10284035
Abstract: A rotary electrical machine comprising a front magnet wheel, a rear magnet wheel, and a shaft comprising four sections with respective diameters (D1, D2, D3, D4), distributed axially, wherein: the first section comprises knurling which is configured such as to ensure radial retention between the shaft and the front magnet wheel; the second section is configured to permit the indexing and centring of the front and rear magnet wheels; the third section comprises knurling which is configured to ensure radial retention between the shaft and the rear magnet wheel; and the fourth section comprises a collar which is configured to ensure the axial retention between the shaft and at least one magnet wheel, and in that the diameters (D1, D2, D3, D4) of the shaft comply with the following equation: D1<D2<D3<D4.

  • Patent number: 10277087
Abstract: An insulating device (10) of a rotor winding, which includes a device for positioning the insulator relative to a pole wheel including teeth and spaces between the teeth, which comprises at least two feet (102) on a surface (101) of the insulator that engages with a surface of the pole wheel, the feet each having at least two separate contacts among the following contacts: contact on a side surface of one tooth; contact on a side surface of an adjacent tooth; contact on an interstitial surface between one tooth and the adjacent tooth.
