Abstract: A crystalline form of tritoqualine hydrochloride and also a process for obtaining same. The process for obtaining tritoqualine hydrochloride is made of dissolving tritoqualine base in an alcohol, in particular a lower aliphatic alcohol, such as ethanol, in the presence of hydrochloric acid until a solution in the supersaturated state is obtained. Through successive additions of ether, in particular of ethyl ether, the tritoqualine hydrochloride will subsequently be able to crystallize. The product can be applied to the preparation of pharmaceutical formulations.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel process for producing transmucosal pharmaceutical formulations and to formulations thus obtained. The process relates to the preparation of grains comprising a thermolabile substance as active ingredient, and consists in dissolving said substance in a ternary mixture composed of two amphiphilic binders, the melting point of which is between 40 and 60° C., and of an aqueous solvent such as, in particular, water, an aqueous-alcoholic solution or a water-soluble solvent. The grains thus obtained comprise a thermolabile active substance, two amphiphilic binders and an inert carrier. Use in obtaining translingual tablets wherein the thermolabile active substance is adrenalin.

Abstract: The invention relates to life's necessities and in particular those relating to health, more particularly a method for dissolving and improving the intestinal absorption of active ingredients which are poorly-water-soluble or water-insoluble or which cannot be turned into salts in gastric juice, containing one or more active ingredients dispersed in a polyoxyethylene 32 fatty acid ester then hot spraying said dispersion onto a granular excipient in a fluid bed.
