A two arm clamp, structurally sized for placement around the outline of the face, with a curved sliding mechanism for altering the length between said arms, and a soft cushioned pad at the end of each clamp arm that can be secured in the desired position. A mechanism for adjusting the applied pressure or tension of the device to individual comfort levels and locking the tension level in place positioned comfortably under the chin area.
