Abstract: A word forming game in which words are formed from selected letters in a letter array. Word formation is accomplished through use of game pieces to designate the letters being selected to form a particular word. The game pieces are able to indicate multiple states or conditions with each state or condition being associated with a particular game player. During word formation letters previously used by an opposing player can be captured for use in forming new words.
