Abstract: A multi-level extranet product information exchange system and method is provided, having a number of display and/or exchange levels wherein each successive level contains advanced product information and algorithms, and user access to each level is restricted based upon a predetermined permission scheme. The advanced product information and algorithms can be used to provide compliance support to clinical laboratory customers or site users that may be developing or converting a product, such as converting from glass to plastic blood collection tubes for collected blood samples.
